1. Manufacture of self adhesive paper :
Self adhesives (stickers) are manufactured in a full range of colors. The most common color, however, is white and the paper may or may not be coated, depending on the purpose of its use. The base can be silicone paper or foil.
Characteristics
Sheet size: A4, A3, A34 , A2, A24, and other sheet size, possibly even rolls up to the width of 35 cm
Embossing: Possibility of embossing paper in the form of leather pattern or hand made paper pattern
Weight: As required by the customer
Colors: As required by the customer
In case of interest it is possible to ship a small order for a customer or for further processing. The basic types and sizes are always available. The manufacture is carried out using the ANGER coating and laminating machine (see the picture before this chapter).
Puzzles are manufactured as 100 pieces (A4 size) and 500 pieces (A3 size). Other specifications are possible as desired by the customer. The pictures and patterns can be greatly varied (exotic, animals, fairy tale figures, etc.), including pictures to be used for promotion, advertisement, if the customers makes a clear-cut demand. The puzzles are packaged in boxes 305x220x40 mm. Die cutting is done using a Polygraph Automatic Die Cutter (see the picture at the boxes die cutting).
The folders that we manufacture allow clear and easy-to-find storing of documents, written materials etc. The folder being offered can be used for A4 paper size for 5 to 50 sheets 80g/m2. The folders can be made from our boards with or without embossing, by the customer requirements. In case of folders of different dimensions, the cost of the die cutter form must be added unless it is the property of the customer. Die cutting is done using a Polygraph Automatic Die Cutter (see the picture at the boxes die cutting).
We offer die cutting of boxes from boards of our manufacture (board, which we are able to manufacture according to the requirements of the customer) or from boards from another manufacturers. The dimensions of boxes for which we have die cutter forms are given in the table bellow. In case of manufacture of boxes with different dimensions, the cost of the die cutter form must be added unless it is the property of the customer.

5. Longitudinal cutting of paper and board
We offer longitudinal cutting of paper and board of our manufacture and from other manufacturers as well. The minimum width of rolls is 2cm.

6. Laminating and coating of paper and cardboard
The manufacture is done using the ANGER coating and laminating machine (see picture under chapter 1. Manufacture of Stickers). We offer laminating of two layers of paper, board and plastic or aluminum foil. Furthermore, we offer coating of paper, board with various coating mixtures.
7. Surface smoothing and embossing of paper and board
Surface smoothing and embossing of paper and board is done using a smoothing or embossing calender, which is shown in the following picture. Paper, cardboard and board can be smoothed from one side or both. Embossing is done by an embossing roller with “leather” pattern. A different pattern can be ordered but the price will include the production of a new embossing roller unless the customer will have his own roller.
